LDAP error "Insufficient Access" returned on an LDAP Add operation
If you see this error in response to an LDAP Add operation, do the following:

1. Verify that the option "Allow LDAP users write is set to "Yes" in the LDAP section of the Configuration Settings document for that Domino Directory.

2. Verify that the LDAP user has the necessary access in the Domino Directory database ACL and extended ACL, if an extended ACL is used.

3. If the LDAP user has Author access in the ACL, verify that the LDAP user has the proper Creator Role ([UserCreator], [GroupCreator], [ServerCreator] for the type of entry being added.

4. Verify that Form Properties are correctly set to allow the LDAP user to create documents with the form used to add the entry.
